Here are the natural ingredients to treat acne. Baking soda Baking soda contains antiseptic property that can fight against bacteria which cause facial acne, and anti-inflammatory property that can stop skin inflammation because of bacteria activities. Mix one or two teaspoons of baking soda with small amount of water until it turns into paste. 

Apply the paste over the acne and leave it to dry. Rinse the paste off. Baking soda is also good for exfoliating the skin. Regular exfoliation is important to remove dead skin cells that may clog the skin pores. 

The exfoliation formula needs two tablespoons of baking soda, one teaspoon of cinnamon powder, five tablespoons of honey, and the lemon juice from half fruit. Mix well all of them. Apply the mixture on the face, and leave it for few minutes. 

Rinse the mixture off. Exfoliate your skins with baking soda at least once or twice a week. Apple cider vinegar Apple cider vinegar contains antimicrobial and antiseptic properties that can eliminate bacteria and prevent skin infection. 

It also helps removing residues and debris that cannot be cleaned by facial cleanser. Soak cotton ball with pure apple cider vinegar, then dab it over the face especially over the acne-prone areas. If you have sensitive skins, use apple cider vinegar wisely because its acetic acid can irritate the skin. 

Oatmeal What to use for acne is simple. Use a cup of cooked oatmeal that has been mixed with one teaspoon of honey and the juice of half a lemon to treat acne. 

Apply the mixture over the face, and let it dry for half an hour. Wash the mixture with lukewarm water. This mixture can unclog the follicles, and absorb the excessive oil that may be trapped inside the pores. 

Apply the mixture once or twice a week. Toothpaste Toothpaste can dry the acne and lessen the swelling acne. The cold sensation from toothpaste can sooth the itchy feeling that often happened on acne. Dab small amount of toothpaste on acne and leave it rest for a night. Wash your face in the morning. 

You can see the result after few days. Aloe vera Aloe vera can reduce the swelling acne because of inflammation, heal the acne scar, and soothe the itchy feeling on the affected area. Apply aloe vera gel over the acne. 

Leave it for few minutes before you rinse it off. Repeat this twice a day. Tea tree oil There is a medical research reported that tea tree oil might be as effective as benzoyl peroxide. 

What to use for acne are 4-8 drops of tea tree oil and one teaspoon of coconut oil. Soak cotton ball with the liquid mixture, and dab it over the acne. Be wise when you use tea tree oil because it can irritate the skin.
